  • Our initial consultation will be conducted virtually. In this session we will discuss your specific health needs and/or medical diagnosis, set goals to improve your health and make a plan to reach those goals. We can set health goals for everything from a disease state to weight loss to simply improving your fitness. You don’t have to go about improving your health alone. We’re here to help!
  •  Add on: $125 for a one-week menu and grocery list based on your food preferences and created for your specific goals and needs.

30-minute Follow up Assessment

  • Our follow-up assessment will be conducted virtually. In these sessions we will discuss all you have done to reach your goals, assess where you are in reaching those goals, and tweak anything that may need tweaking to continue to reach your goals.

Courageous Package

(Trial week for the Overcomer Package)

  • Try out this 1-week trial package. You will see what a week of the “overcomer” package would be like. Try it for a week, and if you do not feel that it is working for you, no problem. There will be no obligations to continue on. However, if you would like to continue with the overcomer package, the $150 that you paid for this week will be taken off of the Overcomer package if you choose to purchase it.

This will tell you how much weight you have lost so far, how much weight you have left to lose to reach your goal weight, how much bodyweight % you have lost, your starting and current BMI, and a graph that gives you a visual of your daily progress.

  • A continuation of this package is available for $200/month that includes daily access to your RDN for accountability, education, and encouragement, a weekly weight tracker, and the option to purchase additional menus for $125/menu.

  • This package is intended for 2 people to go through the program together. Your menu will still be based on your individual food preferences and caloric needs, but many of your meals will be the same, especially dinners and more extensive recipes. This is especially helpful for two people in the same household wanting to go through the program together. Your consultation will also be done together and your daily accountability texts will be done as a group text between the two of you and your RDN.

  • An initial team phone consultation between the two participants and your RDN to establish medical history, food preferences, and physical goals.

Healthy Living 101 Workshop

  • Are you looking to become educated on how to live a healthy lifestyle? Maybe you are ready to begin eating healthy and working out but you just aren’t sure where to begin. This workshop is right for you! It will be done virtually and will cover everything from a discussion on the different food groups, meal planning, portion sizes, grocery shopping, exercise recommendations, and tips for eating out. This workshop will also involve goal setting for your specific health needs and instruction on creating your own meal plans to follow.
