Overcomer Team Package (4 Week Plan)
This package is intended for 2 people to go through the program together. Your menu will still be based on your individual food preferences and caloric needs, but many of your meals will be the same, especially dinners and more extensive recipes. This is especially helpful for two people in the same household wanting to go through the program together. Your consultation will also be done together and your daily accountability texts will be done as a group text between the two of you and your RDN.
- An initial team consultation between the two participants and your RDN to establish medical history, food preferences, and physical goals.
- 4-week customized meal plan based on both of your personal food preferences and nutritional needs.
- A Grocery list that accompanies each menu that entails all ingredients needed for the weekly meal plans.
- A Weight tracker for each of you which will be emailed to you each week that is kept up with by your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. This will tell you how much weight you have lost so far, how much weight you have left to lose to reach your goal weight, how much bodyweight % you have lost, your starting and current BMI, and a graph that gives you a visual of your daily progress.
- Daily accountability via group text between the two participants and your RDN, which includes a nutritional tip, fact, or encouragement of the day and access to your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist throughout your days for questions, advice, or further encouragement.
