As I am sure you are aware, according to the American Heart Association, more than one-third of American adults and 17% of children and adolescents suffer from obesity. As you also know, obesity can lead to high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and in many cases cancer. My greatest desire is to see the incidence of obesity related comorbidities decrease. I want to see our nation’s people have a better quality of life.
Strength and Dignity Dietetics is all about bettering the health of our clients. I want to help your patients obtain a healthier state by teaching them how to eat healthier, have a healthy relationship with food, maintain a workout routine, lose weight, and maintain the healthy weight and nutritional state that they achieve. By them overcoming this struggle, we will hopefully see an improvement in their overall physical and mental health. I want to help you give the best possible care to your patients.
Our weight loss program provides your patients with a consultation for goal setting and a weekly well-balanced menu based on their individual food preferences, all of which are based on real, healthy foods that they can find at their local grocery store. They will also receive a grocery list with each menu, a weight tracker each week that shows them their progress, and daily accountability, education, and/or encouragements that will keep the client on track and motivated in their diet process. Ultimately, the goal is that they will leave with the knowledge and confidence to be able to live a healthy lifestyle on their own.

As I am sure you are aware, according to the American Heart Association, more than one-third of American adults and 17% of children and adolescents suffer from obesity. The effects of the obesity epidemic are a decrease in quality of life, lowered confidence, a strain on families and marriages, and a major decrease in the individual’s health and ability to physically do great things. My greatest desire is to see our nation’s people have a better quality of life and enjoy themselves and their families.
By them overcoming this struggle, we will hopefully see an increase in confidence levels, the ability to work out without aches and pains, an increase in the ability for them to endure long and hard physical activity, and an overall increase in their quality of physical and emotional health.
Physical activity is a key component to weight loss, but as I am sure you will agree, without added healthy eating, weight loss is very difficult. I want to help you give your clients the greatest chance of successful weight loss. All they have to do is buy the food, prepare it, and eat it. A well-thought-out and the prepared plan are necessary for success. These menus created by our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist along with the workouts created by you are their plan to success. What sets our services apart is the individualized menus and daily accountability to keep our clients on track to meeting their weight loss goals.
