Kassidy Wren, RDN, LD
Kassidy is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she earned her degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. She has spent more than 10 years serving others as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, combining evidence-based practice with genuine compassion for the people she works with.
Outside of her professional life, Kassidy treasures time with her husband and their three children. She finds joy in preparing healthy, home-cooked meals and fostering an active lifestyle for her family. She believes that nourishing meals and meaningful routines help her family stay strong, confident, and energized as they pursue the goals and purpose set before them.
Kassidy’s interest in nutrition began early in life. Even as a young girl, she was drawn to understanding how food affects the body and how healthy habits can shape a person’s future. What began as a personal interest has grown into a meaningful and impactful career devoted to helping others thrive.
Her hope is to see individuals walk with strength and dignity, families gather around the table with purpose, and lives enriched by energy, connection, and confidence. She is committed to supporting others as they build healthier habits and experience the meaningful improvements that come from living well.
Her greatest desire is that her life would reflect Proverbs 31:25-30 “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. She carefully watches everything in her household and suffers nothing from laziness. Her children stand and bless her. Her husband praises her, “There are many virtuous and capable women in this world, but you surpass them all.” Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last, but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised.”
